Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for court bookings at Courts of Kashi.

Cancellation by you

You can cancel a booking from the “My Account” page. The refund depends on how far in advance you cancel:

• More than 24 hours before the slot — 100% refund.
• Between 6 and 24 hours before the slot — 50% refund.
• Less than 6 hours before the slot, or a no-show — no refund.

Payment-processing fee

For customer-initiated cancellations, the non-refundable payment-gateway fee charged by our payment processor (approximately 2.36% of the amount paid) is deducted from the refund. The exact amount refunded is shown in your cancellation confirmation email.

Cancellation by the venue

If Courts of Kashi cancels a confirmed booking (for maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances), you receive a full refund with no fee deducted.

Refund timeline & method

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method and typically reach your account within 5–7 business days.

Rescheduling

To reschedule, please contact us in advance — rescheduling is subject to court availability. Alternatively, you may cancel (per the rules above) and book a new slot.
