Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Courts of Kashi website and the booking of our badminton and pickleball courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings

  • Bookings must be made at least 1 hour in advance through this website.
  • A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received; unpaid holds are released automatically.
  • Each booking is valid only for the specific court, date, and time slot selected, and cannot be carried over.
  • Bookings may be made up to 7 days in advance.

2. Court use & conduct

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before your slot; late arrivals do not receive extra time.
  • Non-marking sports shoes and appropriate sportswear are mandatory on court.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and intoxicants are strictly prohibited within the facility.
  • Vacate the court promptly at the end of your slot; overstaying may incur additional charges per our overtime policy.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking for misconduct or breach of these Terms.

3. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets).
  • All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant. We never collect or store your card details.
  • Prices shown on the booking page are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Liability

  • You play at your own risk. Please warm up adequately. Courts of Kashi is not liable for injuries sustained on the premises.
  • Management is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings; please use the lockers provided.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
